Náplň práce:

* Ensure customer issues are dealt with promptly
* Provide customers with information related to price, orders, products
* Enter orders and quotations into SAP (Order Taking)
* Process customer returns via SAP (Order maintanance)
* Process requests for creating and updating SAP data (Customer Master Data)
* Manage the open orders by extracting and analyzing SAP reports
* Provide training and support to team members
* Maintain pricing and contract information in SAP

Požadujeme:

* CZ NATIVE SPEAKER
* knowledge of English on upper intermediate level is a must
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Experience with admin work is an advantage
* Experience in international enviroment is an advantage
* University education is an advantage - BA degree would be a plus
* attention to details
* good communication skills
* logical thinking and analytical skills

The interviews will be held in Košice/via SKYPE

The job is available for a graduates but we are looking for people who are willing to relocate long term.
