Náplň práce:

EDI monitoring
Phase in / Phase out management
Pre-deliveries creation and deliveries monitoring, transport management
Customer service level, customer portal management, knowledge of customer`s requirements
Communication with customer, customer claim management
Returnable packaging management
Debit note management
Blocked invoices and debit notes management
WCM activities

KPI’s to be achieved:
Customer service level – OEM, OES
EDI integration
Special transport
Solution of debit notes and blocked invoices

Požadujeme:

University degree
Fluent English AND German language
Knowledge of SAP min. on basic level
Experience with customer service
PC skills - mandatory (Excel, PowerPoint)
